Share your concern
Briefly tell us about your skin issue (e.g. acne, eczema, hair loss, mole check) so we can schedule you with the right doctor or nurse.

We'll send your confirmed appointment details along with any preparation information you may need.
Paying for your treatment
- Self-funding patients are expected to pay the full amount due on the day of clinic attendance, for either consultation or treatment.
- The clinic does not offer a retrospective postal billing system.
Booking with insurance
You must contact your medical insurer prior to making an appointment.
- Insurers almost always require a letter of referral from your GP or another specialist.
- Insurers usually do not cover cosmetic consultations or treatments.
- Insurers usually do cover consultations for diagnostic reasons, and treatment of skin rashes, infections, pre-cancerous conditions, skin cancers and symptomatic skin conditions.
If your insurer agrees to cover your consultation, they'll give you an authorisation number for that appointment — please bring it, with your membership number, on the day. In our experience it is very unlikely that insurers will cover laser treatments.
